Odi Berry | 2021

A collaboration project made with our friends at Mysterlee Brewing in Seoul, South Korea, Odi Berry features sour red and rye ales aged in oak wine barrels with Korean odi (mulberry) and Oregon Bing cherries. This enticing blend starts with aromas of dried elderberry and cherries, followed by flavors of brambleberry, baking spices, and hints of cedar with a light malty finish.
