The Vine: Rosé | 2023

The Vine: Rosé 2023 The Vine: Rosé is a blend of sour blonde ales aged in oak barrels then refermented with locally grown Pinot Noir & Chardonnay grapes from St. Josef's Winery in Canby, Oregon. We left a portion of the blend on the Pinot Noir grape must and after fermentation we aged it to draw out some truly unique flavors. Aromas of melon, starfruit, nuts & funk. A slight minerality lends into the dry body with a buttery, oak-spice finish.
